HOW TO UNLEASH YOUR MIND
Accept responsibility for your life. Know that it is you who will get you where you want to go, no one else says "Les Brown"

When we perform any kind of mental work like preparation for exams, performing creative work, completing different level of puzzle game, we feel disappointed and demotivated when outcome is not up to the mark. Negative thoughts surround us. We accuse our self for being mentally sickπŸ˜•πŸ˜•πŸ˜•πŸ˜•. People set wrong perceptions.

In reality everyone on this planet is blessed with super brain. But we have never tried to boost up brain functioning. Here I want to ask few question from readers.

v Have you ever tried to train your mind??
v Have you ever worked on mind development??
v Have you ever fed your brain with proper nutrients, responsible for efficient working of brain??

HOW TO TRAIN MIND
Conscious and subconscious mind are two basic part of human mind. Consciousness controls our actions, emotions and responses whereas unconscious mind store old information. Conscious mind store limited information for short time span whereas any information stored within unconscious mind remains store for longer time period and become part of our memory.

For example when we start learning driving then initially we have to give full attention towards race, break and clutch. It seems very difficult to handle multiple things at the same time. After repetition, when those information get store in our subconscious mind then we don’t need to give full attention. It became part of our habit and we start using clutch, break and race unconsciously.

Your dream is weak because it’s only in your conscious mind. It’s like a little sapling that has just been planted in the ground. Somebody can come along with two fingers and pull it right out of the ground. But if it were a strong tree with deep roots, they’d need a bulldozer.

So you have to give your dream deeper roots by also planting it in your subconscious mind, which is equivalent to planting it in your heart.
But before you do that, you must be aware of two things…πŸ‘€
First, you already have something planted in your heart: your paradigm (belief and concepts). You were born with it, and it is like a weed that has grown over the course of your life. And this weed will overpower your dream, IF YOU LET IT.
And secondly, you’ve got to make sure that your dream is something you really want! If it’s just something you think you can do, but you’re not really excited about it, you’re going to have a hard time focusing on it.
People believe that they don’t have any control on subconscious mind. No, they are wrong. We can control our sub consciousness by feeding it with worthy information, necessary for our bright future. Once information gets stored in our subconscious mind then our body will behave accordingly. So it’s very important to unleash subconscious mind to get maximum outcome from brain. You’ll be able to finish 10 years plan within six month.πŸ‘πŸ‘

Only a small number of people achieve their full human potential whereas rest of the people fail to recognize the power of subconscious mind.

IMPORTANT WORKOUT FOR BRAIN DEVELOPMENT
a)    Exercise:
There is not just a brain body connection but a body brain connection that using your body in different ways, it stimulates neurogenesis and neuroplasticity. It also stimulate brain derived nootropic factor which is the fertilizer for making new connections. Recent research reveals that 15 mint back step walk also stimulate neurogenesis. So body movement in different ways is very helpful in keeping your mind healthy and more functional.

b)   Meditation:
10 minute meditation on daily basis brings unexpected results in memorizing the things. It helps in changing subconscious state of mind into consciousness. You learn how to focus and you’ll feel full control on your thoughts.

c)    Puzzle game:
Do you want to improve your mental finesse? Playing a puzzle game like Cut the Rope could just be the thing you need. A recent study carried at NTU (Nanyang Technological University) showed that adults who played the physics-based puzzle video game Cut the Rope regularly, for as little as an hour a day, had improved executive functions. The executive functions in your brain are important for making decisions in everyday life when you have to deal with sudden changes in your environment.

d)   Practicing with your non-dominant hand
If you are right handed then practice to write down your name or anything else with your left hand for 5 minutes and if you are lefty then practice with your right hand. It’ll make you enable to operate inactive part of your brain and ultimately enhance brain functioning.

e)    Proper Sleep
Getting enough quality sleep at the right times can help protect your mental health and physical health. During sleep, your body is working to support healthy brain function and maintain your physical health. In children and teens, sleep also helps support growth and development.

Sleep deficiency can raise your risk for some chronic health problems. It also can affect how well you think, react, work and learn.

The amount of sleep you need each day will change over the course of your life. Although sleep needs vary from person to person, the chart below shows general recommendations for different age groups. This table reflects recent American Academy of Sleep Medicine (AASM) recommendations that the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) has endorsed.

Age
Recommended Amount of Sleep
Infants aged 4-12 months
12-16 hours a day (including naps)
Children aged 1-2 years
11-14 hours a day (including naps)
Children aged 3-5 years
10-13 hours a day (including naps)
Children aged 6-12 years
9-12 hours a day
Teens aged 13-18 years
8-10 hours a day
Adults aged 18 years or older
7–8 hours a day

f)     Learn more than one language
Learning multiple languages isn’t only about increasing brain mass, it improves memory as well. It has been observed that speaking a second language can delay the onset of Alzheimer’s Disease. One study has shown that being bilingual, as opposed to being monolingual, may delay the onset of dementia for a good 5.1 years.

The brain is like a muscle. The more you use it, the sharper and stronger it gets. Multilingual people have the advantage of having brains that are in good shape.

g)    Brain protection
Brain protection doesn’t mean wearing a helmet. Brain protection mean protecting your brain from EMFs (Electro Magnetic Fields) coming out from smart devices like cell phones, tabs and laptop. Recent research shows that 90% of kids sleep with their phones underneath their pillows. EMFs not only damages existing brain cells but also hinders the formation of new brain cells.

FOOD AND OTHER NUTRIENTS NECESSARY FOR HEALTHY MIND
I really do believe that people are bio individuals but the most important brain supplement is DHA (Docosahexaenoic Acid). Fish oil and fish oil supplements are a rich source of DHA.

Food necessary for brain are neuroprotective. Important food enlisted below.
·       Blu berry
·       Coconut Oil
·       Olive Oil
·       Salmon (Fish)
·       Turmeric
·       Grapes
·       Choclate
·       Almond
·       Milk

Follow these instructions and see the magical power of your super brain. You won’t feel empty and disappointed anymore. Be the master of your fate not the slave of your problem.
